Two Days of Interdisciplinary Dialogue in Assisi on Corruption and Prevention Strategies
A study meeting bringing together four PRIN research projects focused on the themes of corruption and anti-corruption, with the goal of analyzing a complex phenomenon through the integration of diverse fields of expertise: administrative law, criminal law, political science, economics, communication sociology, statistics, and more.
Conflict of interest remains a key issue in the prevention system, yet several critical challenges persist: fragmented regulation, the lack of effective oversight and enforcement tools, the mechanisms for triggering control activities, and the delicate balance between prevention and enforcement.
The event will take place on March 27–28, 2025, in Assisi, at the Hotel Giotto. It will offer a valuable opportunity for reflection, in-depth analysis, and the strengthening of academic networks.
